A south facet shopping center has been purchased by out-of-town traders for $7.1 million.

Centre Stage Plaza, 1992 E. Irvington Road, has 46,685 square ft of retail room and is anchored by Food items City and surrounded by household and business houses.

More mature buying facilities in the Tucson spot have been of fascination to buyers who usually provide in new tenants or redevelop them, field officials say.

No adjustments have been declared for Centre Point, at the corner of Irvington Street and Campbell Avenue.

Jon O’Shea, with Vast Business Authentic Estate Alternatives, represented the vendor, EJC Qualities of Tucson. The purchaser, Centre Place Plaza LLC, was represented by Maha Odeh Arnold of Regal Properties, a San Diego-centered true estate services company.

114 Laguna LLC purchased Commons at 114 Flats, a 39-unit sophisticated at 114 W. Laguna Road, from B Ave Investments LLC & Gary B. Evans for $3.6 million. Allan Mendelsberg and Conrad Joey Martinez, with Picor, represented both of those get-togethers.

Lucy & Co. Inc., undertaking business as Camp Bow Wow, acquired the creating at 7810 E. Broadway for $690,400 to open a canine working day treatment and boarding center with training and grooming companies. The vendor, Centre East Middle, was represented by Isaac Figueroa, with Larsen Baker. Brian Harpel, with Velocity Retail Group, represented the purchaser.
