Tucson Rolling Shutters Inc. is setting up a 14,500-sq.-foot enlargement to the present 12,000-square-foot facility at 2660 E. Bilby Highway.
The advancement is driven by demand from customers for retractable patio screens in Arizona and Texas, mentioned Jeff Healam, who owns the business enterprise together with his wife, Judy.
The business has a next production website in South Tucson and a product sales business office in Phoenix and in close proximity to Austin, Texas.
The duo have been the only workers when they bought the business in 1985 and now have more than 100 personnel in Tucson, Phoenix and Texas.
Healam acquired the 2.5-acre Bilby web-site in 2005 and is growing on current land.
He mentioned 70% of their organization will come from repeat consumers or referrals.
“Patio enclosures are the lion’s share of organization,” Healam claimed.
The expanded facility is expected to open this summertime.
