The Blueprint Sessions is a podcast for excellent founders of excellent startups that are disrupting the true estate market.

The aim is to present a house for true estate startup founders to notify their tales to all those who most have to have to listen to them – opportunity investors, organization associates, and ahead-on the lookout market influencers. Apart from the financials and the tactic, we’ll explore the human tales of the incredible business people who are generating the potential.

As a reminder, the podcast panelists are:

  • Rob Hahn, Running Lover, 7DS Associates
  • Albert Hahn, ex-startup founder and ex-Head of Google for Startups Korea (who also comes about to be Rob’s brother)
  • Lynette Keyowski, Running Lover of REACH Canada, NAR’s accelerator arm.

After Bryan Copley from CityBldr served as the inaugural guest, Episode two featured Brian Gaudio from Module, Emir Dukic from Rabbu was the guest for Episode three. I’ve written at length about my bullishness for the home administration sector (see our prop mgmt application sequence summary right here), and Rabbu hits two traits I’ve been wondering about for a pair of decades. First, the blending of home administration across brief-time period rentals, regular monthly rentals/sublets, and very long-time period rentals, and 2nd, that agents will have to develop into wealth managers to remain appropriate.

With out even more ado, listen/view Episode 3…

Enjoy!

If you’re a founder on the lookout to be profiled in a potential episode, make sure you use for the GEM.
