Brazilian genuine estate group SYN Prop e Tech has enlisted US firm Paul Hastings LLP and neighborhood agency Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados to offer its stake in a portfolio of place of work structures in São Paulo to Canadian asset management fund Brookfield for 1.8 billion reais (US$318 million).
